このアプリは、臨床検査（検体検査）のうち、生化学検査と血液学検査の各検査項目（合計全47項目）の数値データを入力・保存・編集し、グラフ表示することができます。また、メモも入力・保存・編集することができます（写真撮影可）。記録したデータを出力（メール送信、csv カンマ区切形式）することもできます。日付は、DatePickerで入力しますが、入力しない場合は、保存時現在の年月日が自動的に記録されます。また、「保存」時に未入力欄に-1を自動的に補充します。-1はデータがないことを意味します（Google Chart APIの仕様）。
また、「編集画面」で写真撮影し、メール送信に際して画像を添付できるようにしました。画像がデータベース（Core Data）に登録されている場合には、Menu画面のテーブル上にもアイコン表示されます。
さらに、各検査項目の基準値を参照できるようにしました。基準値は検査機関により異なりますので、ご注意ください。基準値に合わせてグラフの表示範囲や目盛等を調整しています。グラフに基準値を帯状に表示し、オレンジ色は男女共通、薄い青色は男性、薄い赤色は女性を意味します。
「基準値」一覧画面で検査項目を選択してグラフを参照した後「数値」を確認することができます。各検査項目ごとの平均値と基準値内かどうかを表示することができます。男女いずれか基準値外の場合に赤色表示します。
また、「編集画面」で写真撮影し、メール送信に際して画像を添付できるようにしました。画像がデータベース（Core Data）に登録されている場合には、Menu画面のテーブル上にもアイコン表示されます。

Why 3D ECG Leads ?

Misplacement of the ECG Leads may lead to wrong diagnoses and further unnecessary investigations or treatments (Jowett et al., 2005; Toosi and Sochanski, 2008; Harrigan, Chan and Brady, 2012; Ilg and Lehmann, 2012; Lynch, 2014). In their study (Medani et al., 2018) showed that in only 34% of cases, the ECG Chest Leads were placed correctly.
All medical personnel who are operating a 12 Lead ECG machine should have the appropriate training for ECG lead placement (Kligfield et al., 2007; Crawford and Doherty, 2010). The purpose of 3D ECG Leads is not aimed at replacing high-quality training but instead, to act as an aid and to show you in a simple 3D interactive way the Standard Lead Placement Technique.
AN ECG LEADS VISUALISATION TOOL
In a standard 12 Lead ECG Tracing, not all of the ECG Leads are organized in anatomical order.
